SIGMA'S RAINCOAT Is an acrylic based elastomeric waterproof coating. It is used as a waterproofing & protective coating for exterior walls of the buildings because it forms higher film thickness, has excellent flexibility, breathing properties, water resistance, crack-bridging ability, weathering durability and an excellent resistance to the growth of microorganisms.

It gives remarkable flexibility and resilience for substrate's thermal expansion and contraction. & after drying it forms a film of exceptional strength .

Resistance to chalking and flaking .
UV resistant & outstanding durability.
It prevents peeling , fungi/algae growth and water seepage.
AREA OF USE
All types of exterior masonry surfaces, concrete, cement sand renderings, asbestos sheets , exterior RCC surface , facades, Stone walls, , Building Terraces & also Terrace China mosaic tiles, Sloping roofs etc.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Nature : one component water thinnable .
Drying Time : @ half hr
Recoating Period : Minimum 6-8 hrs / Ideally 24 hrs.
Elongation : Above 300 %.
Coverage : 40-45 sq.ft./ltr./2 coat. It may vary as per the porosity of substrate.
